So when you cut your calories and fat intake too much your body goes into starvation mode and actually holds onto the fat it has by lowering your energy levels and metabolism rate to sustain your life. This is why starvation diets are doomed for failure from the beginning. At the beginning you will lose weight but in the end you will gain the weight back.
To ensure success of any weight loss program you have to have a diet that includes everything your body needs to thrive such as vitamins, minerals, protein, fat, and carbs. You have to change the way you eat to include all of these things and but cut back on your fat and calorie intake.

1. Eat more lean meats and less fatty meats. Eat 4 ounces of chicken breast, turkey breast, white fish, or low fat beef such as top sirloin. Stay away from pork and other high fat meats. Cut all the visible fat from the meat before you weigh it and cook it.
2. Use olive oil or coconut oil instead of vegetable or peanut oils. Both of these oils are free from the bad fats that you want to steer clear of.
3. Eat more vegetables that are free or low in starch. Such as tomatoes, lettuce, cabbage, or asparagus. Corn, peas, and potatoes are very high in starch.
4. Eat more fruits that are lower in natural sugars such as apples, grapefruit, or strawberries to name a few.
5. Eat more negative calorie foods such as broccoli, lettuce, or tomatoes.
6. Eat smaller meals with a small snack in between to ensure that your body does not feel like it is being starved. Eat a small low fat breakfast in the morning to get you started, a couple of hours later eat a fruit, then have a small lunch, a couple of hours later a vegetable snack, and then have a small dinner.
Easy Dieting Exercise Tips
Exercise is the key to any good weight loss program. The more you move the more calories and fat you will burn. These easy dieting tips for exercise will help to lose even more weight than dieting alone.
1. Take the stairs instead of the elevator for a least one floor. If you work or live in a 50 story building you obviously will not take all those stairs so take what you can and then get on the elevator.
2. Park further away from the entrance of the store and walk.
3. If you take the bus then walk to the next bus stop instead of getting on the bus at your door step.
4. Ride bike instead of driving when you are going somewhere close to home.
5. If you have access to the internet go to exercisetv.tv and choose from over 6000 exercises that are only 3 to 5 minutes a piece. Do this a couple times a day to increase your activity level a little at a time.
